Instructor-Led Training

This eLearning tabs interaction was created using Articulate Storyline. The five tabs included in this interaction allow the trainer to lead participants through an interactive exploration of the what, why, when, and how of providing constructive feedback to employees. This tabs interaction is versatile in that it can be used as a self-paced eLearning option, an instructor-led training or virtual instructor-led training. The accompanying trainer notes help to effectively facilitate the training.
